Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions

This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus «On the protection of personal data», as well as the legislation of the customer’s country, and defines the procedure for processing the personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data of citizens, business entities and NOTAM Lab. LLC.

1. NOTAM Lab. LLC sets the observance of the human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of the personal data, including the protection of privacy rights, personal and family secrets as its most important goal and condition for the implementation of its activities.
2. This policy of NOTAM Lab. LLC regarding the processing of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that NOTAM Lab. LLC can receive about the visitors of the website notamlab.com.

 

2. Key concepts used in Policy

1. Automatic processing of the personal data - processing of the personal data using computer technology.
2. Blocking of the personal data - temporary suspension of the processing of the personal data (unless the processing is necessary to clarify the personal data).

Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing the personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing the personal data, the composition of the personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with the personal data.
8. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to the specific or determined User of the website notamlab.com.
9. User - any visitor of the website notamlab.com.
10. Provision of the personal data - actions aimed at disclosing the personal data to a specific person or a certain group of persons.

2. Phone number.
3. E-mail address.

Besides, the website notamlab.com also collects and processes anonymous data about visitors (including cookies) using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric, Google Analytics and others).

7. Cross-border transfer of the Personal data

1. Before the cross-border transfer of the personal data, NOTAM Lab. LLC shall make sure that the foreign state where it is planned to transfer the personal data provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
2. Cross-border transfer of the personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can only be carried out if there is a written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or in case of the execution of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
